WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Monday, Congressman Mike Haridopolos (FL-08) hosted his first Telephone Town Hall with constituents. The hour-long event drew in an unprecedented 4,562 participants from across Brevard and Indian River County, and provided an opportunity for residents to directly engage with their representative on the issues that matter most to them.

Congressman Haridopolos fielded 19 questions in the hour-long Town Hall on topics ranging from social security and medicare, balancing the budget, DOGE, NASA, offering insight into his legislative priorities and the work being done in Washington to address concerns at home.

“I ran for Congress to be accessible and accountable to the people I serve, and this town hall was an important first step in that commitment,” said Haridopolos. “Hearing directly from constituents helps shape my work in Washington, and I look forward to more opportunities to engage with the community in the weeks and months ahead.
